I got it installed in the end, but the instructions were kind of confusing. Maybe I was just overthinking it, but I had to reread a few parts before it made sense.

I ordered this based on my truck’s info, and it lined up perfectly. No trimming, no guessing, no hassle at all. It installed quickly and has been running great so far. Really happy with how easy it was!

I reached out to SB Filters support because I wasn’t totally sure if the part would fit my truck, and the first response took longer than I thought it would, then I ended up having to explain what I needed more than once which was a little annoying.
Once I finally got connected with the right tech though he knew what he was talking about and explained it in a way that made sense, so overall it wasn’t bad support, it just felt slow and a bit frustrating getting there.

I had a cracked intake box and figured the warranty process would be straightforward. In my experience, it ended up being more of a hassle than expected. They did respond, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored, but they kept asking for more photos and receipts, which dragged everything out. Based on how long it took, I can’t say I’m very happy with the support.

I was relieved to find the replacement piece so quickly. They had the parts in stock, which made the whole thing feel way less stressful. Nice experience overall

I picked up my filter from SB Filters the upkeep has been WAY easier than I expected. Cleaning it didn’t take much time at all, and the instructions were straightforward. I really like that it’s not something I have to constantly mess with. So far, it’s been holding up great

After installing it, I did notice a slightly better throttle response, so there’s that. Was it the dramatic difference I was hoping for? Not quite. I wasn’t exactly pinned to the seat or anything. Shipping was fine, install was fine, and overall it’s just okay. Not terrible, not amazing, just living comfortably in the land of “meh.”

I put an S&B filter on my truck, and yeah, I did notice the throttle felt a bit more responsive. Not like, “wow, this totally changed the truck” kind of power, but it does drive a little smoother and the sound is nicer. I kept thinking, okay, maybe I’m imagining it, but no, there’s definitely a small improvement.

Shipping was fine, nothing exciting there. The install instructions, though, could’ve been clearer, especially for someone like me who isn’t doing this stuff every weekend. Overall, I’m not mad at it, and I’d say it’s decent, but I wouldn’t act like it completely blew me away either.

But there was this little cloud hanging over the whole thing because I couldn’t find as much clear info on fitment and returns as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t bad by any means, but I’m not ready to fully declare victory just yet.

It feels solid overall, and yeah, it seems USA made enough to me. No complaints so far.

The engine sounds way deeper now, no question about it. I’m really happy with how it turned out, like, there’s zero doubt in my mind it sounds noticeably better.
